Always a great sub sandwich. One of the best sub sandwiches in the area. I would give it five stars if it wasn't so expensive but you get what you pay for.

Awesome food here!! You only need to half a full length sub to be full for the day!! And they have an app now and you download that, you can get a free regular sub THAT DAY. I did it, and was so happy I didn't have to buy lunch next day for work!!

Usually a big fan of DiBella's and I've had zero issues in the past. But, tonight I ordered a BLT with cheddar cheese, mayo, and cucumbers. Most people would assume the sandwich would then have bacon, lettuce, tomato (BLT), and the items mentioned above. However, my sandwich only has bacon on it. If I would have gotten no extra items, would the sandwich have only had bacon? Obviously that's absurd, as it would not be a BLT at that point. Completely baffled my this mistake and incredibly disappointed with DiBella's. The only reason this is getting two stars is because the other sandwich was still MOSTLY right (missing buffalo sauce).

Great food and service

This is one of those good experiences with no unique circumstances. The guy who took my order was very friendly and genuinely helpful taking my order. I like when people noticeably care about what they do; no matter what. Great job Dibellas!

I have never been disappointed with DiBella's. It's easily my favorite chain sub shop. Their subs are absolutely delicious, but I'm only giving it 4 stars because it's a little pricey.

Great food and service

Super good subs! First time there for me. Very friendly, and the restaurant was very clean.

They need the health Dept to check them for cross contamination issues! Employee with long braid of hair hanging across her chest made sub and as she would turn to ask what other toppings for the sub the braid of hair swept across the sub! She was totally unaware of what she was doing until she was told! She then flung the braid over her shoulder to her back and remade the sub. However....the issue for me still remains in my mind that this is probably not the first or last time her hair has been across someone’s food! Not a good experience!!!

Best subs I have EVER EATEN hands down! They are huge! They are fresh daily! Great staff, awesome food and atmosphere. The old school pictures from back in the day are all over the walls. We LOVE DIBELLA'S

This place always has some of the best subs in northeast Ohio. A bit pricy but definitely worth it. The theaming is cool too

Good selection of sandwiches, with plenty of toppings. Most sandwiches come served hot they also have salads, potato salad, and cookies among other things for sale. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Not too expensive its about $$ good price for the final product.

I'm a new DiBella's convert- the bread is great, and the amount of meat on the sub is generous. Pricier than going right across the street to Chick Fil A, but if you're feeling a sub then the visit is worth it.

They do a nice job here... everything's clean, service is friendly, pricing is fair. the only grape I have is they don't ask a lot of questions in the ordering process it's very customer directed on what you want on your sandwich which can be overwhelming or confusing if you've never been there before. Not even sure that is something I could blame about this particular location it might be DiBella's subs in general. That being said I've patronized this location frequently since its opening and will continue to do so.

Made my first trip to Dibella's today. The guy that started off taking my order was nice but I was not sure how to order and how the process worked. I ordered two subs and I was given two buzzers. I was than told after waiting a few minutes to go to the other end of the counter. From their no one explained that I had to walk up to the register and wait for someone. The kid than asked how he could help me and I told him I wanted to pay for my food. He asked what I ordered and told him the numbers on my buzzers. He told me "I don't know numbers" I asked how do I pay for what I ordered? He told me to tell him what I ordered. I did and all went fine. No utensils were given with my macaroni salad side. Food was okay would be better with a sauce or Mayo which was not offered. Overall confusing process with no help or explanation from any of the staff. Food was average.

Last time I came here, I thought I'd get the chicken philly; not too great, but the Godfather is amazing!! Employees are always really friendly too.

Fantastic hot subs. Medium is more than big enough for a grown adult. Large could probably feed two.

The sandwich was very good and the bread was soft. One of the better places around to get a great submarine sandwich.

Very good and generous size sandwiches

The greeting was warm and done well. The service was attentive. The sandwich is always good. I tried to order another and I couldn't be served because the two employees were too busy fawning over tinder photos on their phone. I left without after waiting 5 minutes at the front counter. Ps don't listen to their conversation, if you can avoid it.
